Terms and Conditions for Battery Warranty

  1. Warranty Period: The battery is warranted for a period as specified in the product documentation from the date of purchase.
  2. Deduction Policy: A deduction of 10% of the battery’s price will be applied for each month of usage, with a maximum cap of 50%. This deduction will be considered when calculating any claim amount.
  3. Claim Procedure: Any claim under this warranty will be entertained only after the receipt and verification of the defective unit by our authorized personnel.
  4. Exclusions: The following issues are not covered under this warranty:
  • Swelling of the battery, which may be caused due to poor rectifier health, external accessories, or overcharging issues.
  • Any damage or malfunction resulting from improper use, neglect, or accident.
  • Normal wear and tear or expected degradation of battery performance over time.
  1. Warranty Voidance: The warranty will be void if the battery is tampered with, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel.
  2. Claim Limitation: The maximum claim amount will be calculated based on the remaining warranty value after applying the deduction policy.

 

By purchasing and using the battery, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
